New patients are always welcome!  Whether you’ve been in an auto accident, a slip and fall injury, a sports injury, a work-related injury … Body Wellness Massage specializes in treating you!

First, download and fill out the New Patient Intake Form.  Be sure to sign!  Let us know about you and your situation.

Next, contact our office by e-mail, phone, or form to schedule an appointment.

Please arrive at your first appointment 10-15 minutes early. Bring your intake form! Our friendly and helpful staff will process the form and gather your insurance information.

Then, you’ll be greeted by your therapist who will talk with you about your health and your desired outcomes.  Together, we’ll set up a course of treatments that works best for you.  Simple and easy!

Relax, if you’re covered by auto insurance, we’ll handle all the details!  We’ll contact your insurance company to figure out your coverage.  We’ll take care of the paperwork so you don’t have to.

If you’re working with a personal injury attorney, let them know that you’re receiving treatment from Body Wellness Kent.  We’ll communicate with your attorney, where appropriate, regarding the course of treatment and any expenses not covered by insurance.  We’re your advocate for a return to health!
